Summary:
As an Application Developer, a typical day involves designing, building, and configuring applications that align with business processes and meet specific application requirements. This role requires a thoughtful approach to understanding the needs of the organization and translating them into functional software solutions. The workday often includes collaborating with various stakeholders to ensure the applications support operational goals effectively, while continuously refining and enhancing the applications to adapt to evolving business demands. Attention to detail and a focus on delivering reliable and scalable applications are central to daily activities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Expected to provide solutions to problems that apply across multiple teams.
- Lead the coordination of project tasks to ensure timely delivery and quality standards.
- Facilitate knowledge sharing and mentoring within the team to foster professional growth.
- Support junior team members by providing guidance and assisting with complex challenges.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in SAP Basis Administration.
- Experience in system installation, configuration, and maintenance of SAP environments.
- Strong knowledge of database management and performance tuning related to SAP systems.
- Ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues in a timely manner.
- Familiarity with system upgrades, patches, and transport management in SAP landscapes.
- Understanding of security concepts and user administration within SAP.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 12 years of experience in SAP Basis Administration.
- This position is based at our BDC7A - SEZ location.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
