As a member of the Executive Office, the Manager will serve as a point of contact and strategic partner to a member(s) of Capital Group’s Management Committee. They will help drive the strategy, and elevate the impact of, external and internal engagements across leaders, and they will work on enterprise-wide initiatives contributing to the firm’s Long Term Strategic Plan. As a key member of a small, nimble team, they will help shape and grow the Executive Office’s remit and global responsibilities. This role will be highly visible with Capital Group’s senior leadership.

Skills/Qualifications:
You have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
You have demonstrated strength in synthesizing information and developing polished briefing memos, leadership correspondence with clients and more.
You have a proven ability to influence and build trust with senior stakeholders.
You have the ability to engage and balance a diverse set of partners and create a collaborative and approachable environment, especially when working cross functionally globally and/or with time sensitivity.
You embrace a strategic mindset with the ability to connect themes across the enterprise.
You have the ability to operate with independence and self-motivation.
You have the ability to nimbly adapt to change and demonstrate a high degree of agility and flexibility when balancing multiple priorities.
You are able to apply strong judgment and proper discretion when handling highly sensitive and confidential information.
You have a BA or BS degree; MBA is a plus.
You have a minimum of 7 years of experience in financial services, including 2 years within an Executive Office or adjacent team.

Southern California Base Salary Range: $179,273-$286,837
New York Base Salary Range: $190,040-$304,064
In addition to a highly competitive base salary, per plan guidelines, restrictions and vesting requirements, you also will be eligible for an individual annual performance bonus, plus Capital’s annual profitability bonus plus a retirement plan where Capital contributes 15% of your eligible earnings.
