Description
Deliver business process improvements based on industry trends, business knowledge, and expertise. Facilitate requirements gathering through process mapping workshops, interviewing, as-is and to-be analysis, and other techniques. Translate and document business requirements into functional specifications, process flows, diagrams to solve complex business problems. Clearly articulate the impact of business problems, benefits, and business case. Prioritize business requirements and recommend changes to meet business expectations. Collaborate in cross-functional projects with technical, functional, and business teams, and vendors to manage implementations. Perform hands-on solution design, prototyping, proof-of-concepts, process design and development in support of current and new projects. Assess the risks of various solutions looking across multiple applications. Bachelor's degree with 8+ years of experience; or Master's degree with 6+ years' experience; or equivalent experience. 6+ years of related experience. Skilled in analytical techniques and practices to support problem solving. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, for various levels and audiences. Project management knowledge or experience is beneficial. Experience with SQL and databases. Detail-oriented with exceptional organizational skills.
