Description
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
- General cleaning and upkeep of stand
- Maintains accurate accounting of all transaction and inventory on assigned concession stand
- Performs location worker assignments
- Maintains safe working conditions and sanitary work area for employees
- Plans for peak hour sales and makes change requirements known to the Concession Lead
- Maintains accurate cash and card handling procedures at all times
- Follows all rules and regulations of Food and Beverage
- Performed other related duties as assigned by Concession Lead

- Professional communication skills
- Must be able to pass background check
- Ability to work in a team environment
- Must have problem solving abilities, be self-motivated and organized
- Must have sufficient math ability to accurately count money and make change quickly
- Ability to follow directions and effectively perform the work
- Ability to work flexible hours including daytime, evening, weekends and holidays, as needed
- Ability to read, write and speak in English
- Hold a professional attitude and appearance
- Must be at least 18 years old
Physical Demands:
- Must be able to stand for long periods, walk and navigate stairs.
- Must be able to transport up to 50 lbs repeatedly.
Education and/or Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Basic working knowledge of cash handling procedures
- Basic working knowledge of concession/cafeteria operations
- Must be ServSafe Certified (have alcohol service training)
