Education/Experience
• Bachelor's degree in relevant field (Master’s degree preferred).
• 7+ years of experience in automotive or Equivalent; with 4+ years in systems engineering.
• Extensive knowledge in system domain of ADAS products.
• Technical Knowledge
• Experienced with requirements management, system architecture design tools, KPI generation
and reporting, configuration management; Codebeamer and EA preferred.
• Experienced in writing excellent quality requirements.
• Familiarity with typical automotive OEM requirements and ability to anticipate customer
requirements.
• Knowledge of MS Office package
• Working knowledge of CAN, Ethernet and LIN based tools such as CANalyzer, CANoe, CANape.
• Lifecycle Experience: Experience with system development lifecycle; full product development
lifecycle experience expected.
• ASPICE Level 1.0 and 2.0: Experience with ASPICE Level 1.0 and 2.0, and audits.
• Functional Safety and Cybersecurity: Knowledge of IS026262, ISO 21434 expected.
• Troubleshooting and Debugging: Knowledge of structured problem solving (8D) methods and/or
techniques. Debugging skills expected.
• AI/data engineering knowledge
