Project Role Description : Resolve incidents and problems across multiple business system components and ensure operational stability. Create and implement Requests for Change (RFC) and update knowledge base articles to support effective troubleshooting. Collaborate with vendors and help service management teams with issue analysis and resolution.

Summary:
As an Application Tech Support Practitioner, you will act as the ongoing interface between the client and the system or application. You will be dedicated to quality, using exceptional communication skills to keep our world-class systems running. With your deep product knowledge, you will accurately define client issues and design resolutions. Your typical day will involve interfacing with clients, interpreting and resolving issues, and ensuring smooth system operations.

Roles & Responsibilities:
1) Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
2) Responsible for team decisions.
3) Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
4) Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
5) Collaborate with clients to understand their issues and provide effective resolutions.
6) Interpret client issues and design appropriate solutions based on deep product knowledge.
7) Ensure smooth system operations by monitoring and resolving any technical issues.
8) Maintain a high level of communication with clients to keep them informed about the progress of their issues.

Professional & Technical Skills:
1) Mandatory Basic Networking skills : Routing & Switching (CCNA, JNCIA equivalent)
2) Must to Have Skills (Should have minimum 3 skills from listed skills) : Cisco FTD, Juniper SRX, PaloAlto, Fortinet, Zscaler, Prisma Access, Forti-SASE, Cisco ISE, F5 Load Balancers
3) Good to have Skills (Should have minimum 3 skills from listed skills) : Python, Ansible, Terraform, Git, REST APIs, CI/CD
4) Good to have knowledge on Skills (Should have minimum 2 skills from listed skills) : Cloud Networking, Automation, Routing protocols (BGP, OSPF)
5) Proficiency in network security Implementation and Operations.
6) Experience in designing and deployment of Firewalls, SASE Solutions, F5 Load Balancers etc. (Optional)
7) Strong understanding of network and security principles and operations.
8) Experience in implementing and managing network security solutions.
9) Knowledge of firewall technologies and malware detection systems.
10) Familiarity with network protocols and network security best practices.
11) Knowledge of ITIL framework for service management.
12) Hands-on Experience with security monitoring tools.
13) Mandatory to have Professional Certifications.
