Position Overview

The Application Delivery Specialist helps empower our teams by supporting, enhancing, and expanding Dutch Bros’ Legal and Real Estate platforms, with a primary focus on driving value in Lucernex. This role serves as a bridge between business needs and technical execution—helping make life easier for our Real Estate and Legal teams by turning day-to-day challenges into simple, scalable system solutions.

This role partners closely with Business Systems Analysts, Project Management, Data Engineering, and business stakeholders to build and support solutions that improve workflows, reduce manual effort, and increase the effectiveness of Real Estate and Legal technology tools. While Lucernex is the primary focus, this role is expected to grow into broader application delivery responsibilities across the Legal and Real Estate technology portfolio over time.

Essential functions include configuring business workflows, troubleshooting production issues, managing reports and data integrity, supporting testing and releases, and partnering with stakeholders on continuous platform enhancements.

Key Result Areas

Application Delivery & System Enhancement

  • Configure, enhance, and maintain Lucernex workflows, forms, notifications, business rules, and related platform functionality.

  • Build and implement scalable system solutions that support Real Estate and Legal business processes, with an emphasis on low-code / no-code platform capabilities.

  • Translate approved business requirements into technical solutions in partnership with Business Systems Analysts and stakeholders.

  • Support the design and delivery of enhancements that improve efficiency, reduce manual work, and strengthen the user experience.

  • Support implementation of cross-system solutions and assist with integration efforts between Lucernex and related business applications.

Platform Administration & Operational Support

  • Provide day-to-day support for Lucernex and related Legal and Real Estate applications, including troubleshooting issues, resolving user requests, and maintaining platform health.

  • Monitor workflows, system activity, and operational processes to identify and resolve issues, inactive statuses, or process failures.

  • Review user access changes, terminations, and role updates for impact to system permissions and security.

  • Perform recurring system maintenance, data updates, and operational support activities needed to maintain data quality and platform reliability.

  • Partner with internal teams and external vendors to investigate and resolve defects, support issues, and platform-related questions.

Reporting, Data Integrity & Process Support

  • Create, update, and maintain system reports and reporting outputs to support end users and business operations.

  • Complete recurring audits, data reviews, uploads, and cleanup activities to maintain data accuracy and system integrity.

  • Ensure inactive or obsolete projects, records, and workflows are managed appropriately in alignment with team standards and business processes.

  • Support change management, audit preparation, and other operational controls related to system data and platform governance.

Skills

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.

  • Ability to partner with business stakeholders to break down complex operational processes.

  • Ability to work independently while managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organizational skills and follow-through.

  • Effective written and verbal communication skills with technical and non-technical partners.

  • Curiosity and aptitude for learning new systems, tools, and technologies.

  • Strong collaborative approach when partnering with cross-technical teams and internal business partners.

  • Comfortable balancing operational support responsibilities with hands-on build and enhancement work.

Job Qualifications

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience, with a background in business operations, legal/real estate tech, or system administration.

  • 3+ years of experience supporting, configuring, or enhancing business systems, enterprise applications, or operational platforms.

  • Experience translating business needs into system enhancements, reports, workflows, or platform improvements.

  • Experience building or supporting solutions in low-code/no-code platforms, workflow configuration, system administration, or automation.
