Customer Service Representative

As a Customer Service Representative for Irving Blending and Packaging, you will engage directly with customers to deliver an excellent consumer experience while serving as a reliable point of contact. Your goal will be to ensure the speedy and effective resolution of customer concerns and to provide strong sales support throughout the Order to Cash process. Your success will be defined by your ability to build positive customer relationships, respond efficiently to inquiries, and contribute to a smooth, supportive, and customer‑focused operation.

Your Responsibilities:  

• Manage an assigned customer portfolio
• Process orders through the complete Order-to-Cash cycle
• Maintain and update customer account information
• Resolve customer inquiries and account-related issues
• Complete invoicing, credit, and rebill transactions accurately and on time
• Monitor pricing and correct discrepancies
• Coordinate freight coding and product returns
• Provide sales support and troubleshoot customer concerns

Your Skills:

• Strong customer service and communication skills with the ability to build and maintain positive customer relationships
• Proven problem-solving and decision-making abilities to effectively resolve customer and account-related issues
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and attention-to-detail skills
• Proficient with computer systems and business applications
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Strong interpersonal skills with a collaborative, team-oriented approach

Your Experience:  

• High School diploma required; post-secondary education preferred
• 1–3 years of contact center or customer service experience preferred
