Summary:
As a Program or Project Management Lead, a typical day involves overseeing the comprehensive delivery of programs or projects to ensure alignment with business objectives. This role requires defining the scope of projects clearly and continuously monitoring the progress of deliverables to maintain quality and timeliness. The position demands active communication with various stakeholders to manage expectations, address challenges, and ensure successful outcomes. The role is dynamic, involving coordination across different teams and adapting plans as necessary to meet evolving business needs and priorities.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to be an SME, collaborate and manage the team to perform.
- Responsible for team decisions.
- Engage with multiple teams and contribute on key decisions.
- Provide solutions to problems for their immediate team and across multiple teams.
- Lead strategic planning and execution to ensure project milestones are met effectively.
- Facilitate clear communication channels among stakeholders to promote transparency and alignment.
- Mentor and support junior team members to foster professional growth and enhance team capabilities.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in PeopleSoft Administration.
- Strong knowledge of system configuration, maintenance, and troubleshooting within PeopleSoft environments.
- Experience in managing system upgrades, patches, and performance tuning to optimize application functionality.
- Ability to coordinate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of PeopleSoft solutions.
- Skilled in monitoring system health and implementing proactive measures to prevent downtime or disruptions.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 5 years of experience in PeopleSoft Administration.
- This position is based at our Bengaluru office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
