We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Account Specialist to oversee daily operations, support clients, and lead a team, the account specialist team. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, loves solving problems, and enjoys working directly with clients to deliver exceptional service.
Responsibilities:
- Lead and support a team of Account Specialists, ensuring performance goals are met
- Assist clients with monthly reporting, invoicing, and collections within Salesforce CRM
- Provide guidance to customers on limited self-storage licenses and ensure compliance
- Prepares work to be processed by gathering, sorting, organizing, and recording data, information, and documents
- Manage inbound and outbound calls, ensuring professional and efficient communication
- Collaborate cross-functionally with other departments as needed
- Secure customer rapport through genuine and exceptionally responsive interactions
- Ensure adherence to legal timelines and compliance requirements per State Departments of Insurance
- Other duties as assigned
Skills & Abilities:
- Minimum 1 year in a leadership or team lead role
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Suite and Excel
- Self-motivated and self-disciplined while providing prompt follow-up to all customer inquiries
- Achieve assigned goals and balance priorities
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Willingness to learn and take on new responsibilities
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
