How you’ll make an impact

Job description

• Act as finance business partner to LSU controllers and support on daily operational controlling activities.
• Perform the analyses of business performance versus budget and forecast.
• Supports the preparation of financial reporting, business planning, budgeting, and forecasting, etc.
• Collaborate and work with local controlling units together, to understand and analyze the drivers of financial performance.
• Support the process optimization and standardization
• Support the FCM setup and validation
• Implement internal controls and related coordination tasks
• Other tasks assigned by supervisor

Your background

• Bachelor’s degree or above in business administration, Finance, Accounting.
• Depth knowledge and 3+ year operational experience in Finance and Controlling, especially in manufacturing company
• Depth knowledge and experience in SAP and digitalization tools
• Strategic, critical and analytical thinking capabilities
• Fast learner with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong ownership, capability of working under pressure
• Fluent English skill
