Job Summary
RHB Bank Berhad is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Manager, Mortgage to lead our mortgage sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving the growth of our mortgage portfolio by managing a team of sales executives, developing strategic sales plans, and establishing strong relationships with developers, real estate agents, and customers. Your primary goal will be to achieve and exceed key business targets while maintaining the highest standards of compliance and customer service in line with RHB Bank's values.
Job Responsibilities
* Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of mortgage sales executives to meet and exceed individual and team sales targets.
* Formulate and execute effective sales strategies to expand RHB Bank’s market share in the mortgage sector.
* Establish and maintain strong business relationships with housing developers, real estate agencies, lawyers, and other key industry stakeholders to secure referral pipelines.
* Monitor team performance, conduct regular sales reviews, and provide coaching to enhance sales techniques and product knowledge.
* Ensure all loan applications and sales processes comply with Bank Negara Malaysia (BNM) regulations, internal credit policies, and compliance guidelines.
* Analyze market trends and competitor activities to identify new business opportunities and provide feedback for product enhancement.
* Oversee the end-to-end customer onboarding experience to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and retention.
Job Qualifications
* Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Banking, Marketing, or a related discipline.
* Minimum of 5 years of experience in retail banking sales, with at least 2 to 3 years of proven experience in a supervisory or managerial role specifically within mortgage sales.
* Strong knowledge of mortgage products, credit underwriting guidelines, valuation processes, and banking regulatory frameworks.
* Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
* Excellent leadership, interpersonal, and communication skills, with the ability to influence and build rapport with stakeholders at all levels.
* Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a results-oriented mindset.
* Professional certifications relevant to banking and financial services are highly advantageous.
