In this role, you manage Third-Party Administrator (TPA) losses, fulfill specific program guidelines, and act as a consultant for insurance carriers.
You are assigned a primary geographic territory but may cross territories based on demand.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
Project Handovers: Lead kick-off meetings with the accounting and project management teams before handing off the project to ensure structural alignment. Complete the "Baton Pass" to the customer, explain work authorizations, and collect signed paperwork.

Documentation & Tech: Routinely use Matterport 3D scanning technology and meticulously log file updates in DASH, Xactanalysis, and TPA databases.
On-Call Rotation: Participate in a 24-hour emergency on-call rotation once every 12–14 weeks. This requires weekend/evening availability and a maximum sense of urgency.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
Industry Knowledge: Understanding of insurance carrier requirements and TPA program guidelines is preferred. IICRC property restoration certifications are a plus.
Education & Licensing: High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent alongside a valid driver’s license with a satisfactory driving record.
Soft Skills: Exceptional written communication and empathetic customer service skills to support property owners under high-stress conditions.
Software Literacy: Professional familiarity with standard smartphone applications, databases, and Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
