HBCU Pride & Joy Children's Boutique is seeking a Digital Marketer to join our team. You will help us use web technologies to achieve our business growth goals. You will identify needs and new opportunities and aspire to increase brand awareness. If you’re a tech-savvy trendsetter who has innovative ideas to increase sales and improve customer experience, we would like to meet you. For this position, you should be creative and comfortable working with a team. You should be able to effectively connect our brand with our online customers. Responsibilities Set digital marketing strategies using all necessary tools (e.g. website, emails, social media and blogs)Research products, services and current strategies to identify new opportunitiesAnalyze web traffic metrics and suggest solutions to boost web presenceMonitor SEO/SEM, marketing and sales performance metrics to forecast trendsBuild strong clients relationships through social media interactionKeep up-to-date with our audience’s preferences and proactively suggest new campaignsLiaise with Marketing, Sales, Design and Content teams to optimize customer experience and ensure brand consistencyIdentify advertising needsEstablish best practices in digital marketingStay up-to-date with digital technologies developmentsCreate and manage visual creatives Requirements Proven knowledge and experience in digital marketingConnection to and understanding of the HBCU culture and marketDemonstrable experience with SEO/SEM and CRM softwareExperience implementing and optimizing Google Adwords campaignsSolid knowledge of web analytics tools like Google AnalyticsHands on experience with online marketing tools and practicesFamiliarity with web design and HTMLExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong analytical and project management skills To apply, please upload your resume and cover letter.
