**Location:** Vancouver, BC (River District)
**Hours:** 6–12 hours/week during business hours
**Compensation:** $21/hour

**About the Role**
I am seeking a reliable, resourceful, detail-oriented **Executive Support Assistant** to help with essential operations, client relations, and day-to-day tasks for a CEO, author, and public figure working in the personal development space.
This is a **part-time, in-person role** ideal for someone early in their career, a student, or someone who enjoys a mix of admin, client-facing interaction, and social media work. The right person is proactive, organized, emotionally intelligent, and comfortable representing the company with professionalism and warmth.
## Tasks
**What You’ll Do**
**Administrative & Operations Support**
- Answer and manage incoming emails and support requests
- Filter prospects' meeting bookings based on the data
- Organize files, documents, receipts, and statements
- Upload paperwork and communicate with accounting as needed
- Prepare simple reports or summaries when requested
**Client Experience & Communications**
- Serve as the first point of contact for new client inquiries
- Maintain a warm, timely, and organized communication experience
- Assist in scheduling and basic calendar coordination
- Send thoughtful gifts to clients and partners (instructions provided)
**Executive Support**
- Assist in facilitating meetings on behalf of the CEO
- Help prepare materials, reminders, or follow-up communications with clients, business partners, and clients
- Handle miscellaneous tasks to take the load off the CEO
- Handle tasks to ensure that the operations run smoothly
**Marketing & Social Media**
- Assist in managing a public figure's social media accounts
- Upload and schedule posts
- Handle light engagement, DMs, or comments following guidelines
## Requirements
**Requirements**
- Must be able to work **in person** in River District, Vancouver, BC
- Able to commit to 6–12 hours per week
- Strong writing and communication skills
- Tech savvy (Google Drive, email, e-filing, as well as social media platforms)
- Professional, discreet, and easy to work with (must sign an NDA)
- Likes solving problems and figuring things out
- Can follow instructions and also take initiative when needed
