DevOps Manager

Lead Amadeus’ DevOps and Site Reliability Engineering team, designing and operating infrastructure automation and continuous deployment systems that support global travel technology. This role combines people leadership with hands‑on technical expertise, shaping best practices in automation, reliability, and observability.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and mentor a team of 6–7 DevOps/SRE engineers.
• Own and evolve CI/CD pipelines to enable fast, reliable software delivery.
• Drive infrastructure automation using Ansible, Terraform, and IaC best practices.
• Lead monitoring and observability initiatives (Prometheus, Grafana, Elastic Stack).
• Define and enforce standards for automation, deployment safety, and operational workflows.
• Partner with infrastructure, IT, and product teams on security, compliance, and reliability initiatives.
• Improve deployment efficiency, reduce failure rates, and modernise tooling and processes.
• Manage delivery of infrastructure and automation initiatives within scope and budget.
• Champion a culture of automation, reliability, and continuous improvement.

About You

• 3+ years’ experience managing DevOps, SRE, or similar engineering teams.
• Strong hands‑on background in CI/CD, infrastructure automation, and Linux systems.
• Proven experience mentoring engineers and developing technical talent.
• Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure), scripting, and automation tools.
• Familiarity with monitoring, logging, security, and reliability best practices.
• Fluent English; Spanish is a plus.
