Join Allied Universal as an unarmed patrol officer at a busy transportation location, where you will monitor and patrol assigned areas, support access awareness, and help to deter security-related incidents through a visible presence. Pay Rate: $18.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to visitors, passengers, and staff by following site-specific procedures, access protocols, and other security-related policies at the location.
• Respond to incidents, disturbances, and critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, and communicate with site contacts and/or emergency personnel as appropriate.
• Conduct regular and random foot and/or vehicle patrols throughout terminals, entrances, parking areas, roadways, and perimeter locations to help to deter unauthorized activity and report unusual conditions.
• Monitor access points, observe pedestrian and vehicle traffic, and document incidents, daily activities, and security-related concerns according to post procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Be at least 21 years of age.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Access control and/or badge experience is preferred.
• CPR and/or First Aid is preferred.
• Be comfortable using a computer and/or tablet.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver’s license will be required for driving positions only.
