Customer Service Representative – German
Your main tasks will include:

Managing and tracking orders from customers in Germany

Maintaining existing customer relationships, understanding their needs and providing high-quality service

Handling logistics coordination tasks and collaborating with freight carriers

Proactive cooperation with production planners and supply chain representatives

Supporting the sales team

Managing unexpected events and minimizing their impact

Participating in the optimization of internal processes
To be successful in this role, you should possess the following skills and qualifications:
- Previous experience in a customer service role is an advantage
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks
- Fluency in German
- SAP knowlegde is an advantage
- English knowledge is conversational
