· Coordinate with development and QA teams to ensure requirements are implemented correctly.
· Define business outcomes, success measures, and acceptance thresholds for major initiatives.
· Track whether delivered capabilities achieve the intended customer, operational, and commercial benefits, and recommend corrective actions where expected value is not realized.
- Testing & Validation
· Support AMS operations by analysing incidents, service requests, recurring defects, and business-impact trends.
· Clarify functional behaviour, contribute to root-cause analysis, identify permanent corrective actions, and help prioritize fixes and service improvements against agreed service levels.
· Elicit and document non-functional requirements covering performance, scalability, availability, security, privacy, accessibility, auditability, localization, supportability, and regulatory compliance.
· Support cutover and data-migration planning by defining business validation rules, reconciliation criteria, mock-cutover scenarios, readiness checkpoints, rollback considerations, and business sign-off requirements.
· Develop test scenarios and business validation criteria.
· Validate delivered functionality against business requirements.
· Plan and coordinate User Acceptance Testing by defining the UAT scope, entry and exit criteria, scenarios, test data needs, participant responsibilities, defect-severity rules, progress reporting, and business sign-off requirements.
