- Drive modeling and analysis for partner compensation to determine ROI of partner participation in the Kensington Tours marketplace
- Develop and implement consistent partner segmentation to support commercial negotiations
- Facilitate regularly partner performance assessment through building necessary reporting, BI dashboards, and visualizations
- Build business cases for strategic growth initiatives
- Analyze market trends and identify opportunities for supplier content and revenue optimization
- Conduct market research and synthesize competitive information to drive business growth

Position Details
- This is a full-time, hybrid internship offering $20 per hour for 40 hours per week.
