Alternance - Client Strategy (H/F)

Within the Client Marketing Department, the Client Strategy team supports Richemont Maisons in understanding their client and business challenges, defining relevant client strategies, and designing meaningful luxury client experiences.

As a Client Strategy Apprentice, you will support the team across strategic advisory missions and contribute to projects aimed at strengthening client centricity across the Group.

What will You do?

· Support Maisons in understanding their strategic objectives, business challenges and Client needs, through research, analysis and stakeholder interactions.

· Contribute to strategic projects by collecting, structuring and analyzing qualitative and quantitative information from various sources.

· Contribute to market research and emerging trend analysis related to Client Experience, CRM, technology and luxury retail.

· Identify and share best practices from Richemont Maisons and the luxury industry to foster knowledge on specific aspects of the client strategy through exhaustive benchmarks.

· Transform complex information into clear and compelling stories, through presentations, analyses, KPIs and other communication materials.

· Support the preparation and facilitation of workshops, brainstorming sessions and design sprints, helping teams structure their thinking and identify opportunities.

· Document and formalize key outputs from meetings, workshops and committees, ensuring that decisions, recommendations and next steps are clearly captured and aligned with stakeholders.

· Contribute to the development of client-centric solutions and experiences, using design thinking and client experience methodologies.

· Help create visual representations such as customer journeys, personas, frameworks and prototypes to bring ideas to life and facilitate communication.

You are curious, creative, organized and customer-centric, with a strong interest in Client Strategy, Customer Experience, Activation and the luxury industry.

This role demands critical and strategic thinking, fully aware of emerging trends in both business strategy and CX to ensure seamless integration of client strategies into broader business strategies.

· Are very comfortable with PowerPoint and able to create impactful presentations, both in terms of substance and visual quality.

· Have a good understanding of digital, technology and emerging trends.

· Demonstrate a pragmatic, proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

· Are comfortable working in a multidisciplinary and international environment.

· Have an interest in luxury, retail, CRM and/or Client Experience.

Zoom on Education & Experience

Currently pursuing a Master’s degree, MBA or equivalent, ideally in Marketing, Management, Strategy, Customer Experience or a related field.

Previous experience through an internship, apprenticeship or student project in Consulting, Marketing, Strategy, CRM, Retail, Customer Experience or Luxury would be appreciated.

Strong proficiency in PowerPoint and good command of Excel / data analysis tools.

Fluent English is mandatory; French is a strong advantage.

Who are we?

You will be part of the Richemont Group Marketing Department working closely with all Richemont Maisons and corporate departments. You will be joining the Client Marketing practice that leads the Client centricity transformation.

You will integrate a dynamic, multi-disciplinary, forward thinking & experienced team blending activation, Client & Sales Experience, Marketing Science, Data & AI, etc.

This experience will provide you a great opportunity to deepen your knowledge of client data use cases & priorities within the luxury industry.

The position is based in Paris.
