Join us as a Senior Client Service Representative!

Brown Brothers Harriman is currently recruiting Senior Client Service Representative to join our Krakow Custody Account Opening Hub Team.  In this role you will be responsible for maintaining client access to BBH platform Infuse and for custody account opening process. A Senior Client Service Representative will collaborate with internal teams and external clients to ensure client satisfaction.

On this position you will be responsible for:

• Creating and maintaining external user access to BBH portal in cooperation with other team members and client service groups
• Ensuring high-quality services in accordance to BBH policies and procedures to minimize risks involved in the process and to satisfy clients’ needs
• Conducting annual review of client users’ access and structures
• Performing client calls to verify Infuse access requests
• Ensuring that desktop procedures and internal trackers are up to date and that knowledge is shared within the team
• Taking part in process improvement initiatives and projects

What we’re looking for:

• BA/BS degree, and/or equivalent work experience (2+ years)
• Fluency in English (C1)
• Ability to effectively prioritize work and resolve issues
• Good communication skills
• Ability to build and maintain internal and external relationships
• Good knowledge of MS Office tools
