Data Intelligence and Automation Specialist

 Verisure is seeking a passionate Data Intelligence and Automation Specialist with colleagues across Europe. The role will report to Operational Excellence & SSC Implementation Manager and will be based in Lisbon.   

The Data Intelligence and Automation Specialist is responsible for providing data-driven insights and automation solutions. This is an exciting new role, you’ll work with powerful tools such as Snowflake, Python, SQL, and Streamlit that will play a key part in building a world-class data intelligence and automation function, working closely with senior professionals across our European operations.

Responsibilities  

• Deliver precise and actionable insights from data and reports to various business units, enabling them to make informed decisions. 

• Design and develop dynamic dashboards that serve as the foundation for management's strategic and tactical decisions. 

• Conduct deep analyses that shape policy decisions, optimizing our service and product experiences. 

• Extract, transform, and load data from multiple sources to create comprehensive end-user reports. 

• Collaborate with key stakeholders to enhance our data warehouse, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of the business. 

• Manage data governance and master data, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and security across the organization. 

• Create and implement tools based on business requirements, streamlining processes and boosting efficiency through automation. 

Experience and Qualifications 

We are looking for a self-driven individual who will excel in transforming raw data into valuable insights, developing innovative tools, and implementing advanced analytics. 

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in business intelligence, analytics, and data science. 

• Fluent in English with strong communication skills. 

To succeed in the role, we believe you have some of the following experience: 

• Expertise in SQL and business intelligence reporting tools. 

• Proficiency with ETL and data modeling tools. 

• Skills in Power BI or similar tools. 

• Scripting skills in PHP, Python or VBA. 

• Experience in designing and deploying RPA solutions using Python.
