## About this Role

We are seeking a skilled Software Engineer with experience in Java, Spring Boot, and microservices, combined with exposure to DevOps and cloud environments. This role is ideal for individuals with an agile mindset who are enthusiastic about continuous learning and contributing to evolving system landscapes. The position involves both backend and front-end development, as well as collaboration within hybrid agile delivery models.

## What you’ll do

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services using Java and Spring Boot
• Contribute to front-end development using modern UI frameworks such as ReactJS or AngularJS
• Work with relational databases to design efficient data models and queries
• Participate in CI/CD pipeline implementation using tools such as GitHub and GitHub Actions
• Collaborate in DevOps and cloud environments to support application deployment and operations
• Engage in agile delivery practices including Scrum, Kanban, SAFe, or hybrid models
• Use tools such as Jira and Confluence for tracking, documentation, and collaboration
• Continuously learn and adapt to new technologies and system changes while sharing knowledge within the team

## Who you are

###

• Possess strong knowledge of Java, Spring Boot, microservices architecture, and front-end technologies such as ReactJS or AngularJS
• Have experience working with relational databases
• Bring 3+ years of overall industry experience, including:
• 3+ years in Java backend development
• 1+ year of DevOps or cloud environment experience
• Demonstrate familiarity with tools such as GitHub, GitHub Actions, Jira, and Confluence
• Have experience working within agile frameworks such as SAFe, Scrum, or Kanban
• Show a proactive approach to learning, knowledge sharing, and adapting to evolving systems
• Hold a degree in B.E., B.Tech, BCA, MCA, BSc, or MSc (Computer Science)
• (Preferred) Certifications in SAFe Agile, AWS DevOps, or Java, and exposure to Kafka or caching technologies
