Job Title : Customer Service Engineer

Location : Delhi NCR and states of North.

Department : Customer Service Division

Reporting to : Regional Service Manager

Qualification : BE (Instrumentation & Control /Electronics)

Experience : 2-6 Years

On the job Travel: 80-90%

Job Role : Member of Service execution team. Service Engineer for onsite service support, maintenance and calibration as per contractual obligations from various customers of industries type-Petroleum Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers & Chemical.

Key Responsibilities : (i)Installation & commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting, calibration of Gas Chromatography, Sample handling systems,  CEMS Analyzer, SWAS systems, Oxygen analyzer , Liquid Analyzer .

(ii)Coordination with vendors for 3rd party materials.

(iii) Provide appropriate and timely reports/technical advice on matters relating to Analyzer, System and instruments  under scope of work and services.
(iv)Carry out day to day duties in accordance with the assigned job schedule.

(v) Collect and provide information related to  customer’s requirement of Product Parts, Spares & Consumables and other business leads to concerned Sales Node.
(v)Carry out day to day duties in accordance with safety principles, corporate values, Quality policies and strategies.
(vi)Day to day interaction with customers, regional and head office of YIL.

Skills and Competency : (i) Working experience in installation & commissioning, maintenance & troubleshooting, calibration of Gas Chromatography, Sample handling systems,  CEMS Analyser, SWAS systems, Oxygen analyzer , Liquid Analyzer , its consumables & connecting components and integration with other devices used in Industrial automation domain.

(ii)Experience in Industrial/Process Control Automation
(iii) Knowledge in Pressure, Temperature, Flow measurement and Data logging products.

(iv) Analyzer and field instruments diagnostics & troubleshooting.

(v) Capable of understanding the Scope Of Work, Bill of Material & customer issues, P & ID.

(vi) Experience in Yokogawa Analyzers will be an added advantage.
(vii) Knowledge of industrial communications protocols, HART/Foundation Fieldbus/Profibus/Modbus/Profinet etc, networking equipment.

(viii) Maintenance and service experience in Industrial automation domain at Petroleum Refineries, Petrochemicals, Fertilizers & Chemical Industries following industrial standards, work permit and safety guidelines..

(ix) Workstation and Server- basic maintenance.

(x) Soft Skills: MS office (Excel/Word/Power point etc.), Application Software installation  and usage.

(xi) Others skills: *Good Communication and interpersonal skills
