HR Generalist
Location: Lawton, OK

We are seeking a proactive HR Generalist who is passionate about people, employee engagement, and building high-performing workplaces. In this role, you will partner with leaders and employees to support a broad range of human resources initiatives in a dynamic manufacturing environment. Operations run 24/7; this is a 5 day/week on-site position that is typically 8am-4pm.
Key Responsibilities
Partner with management to promote effective HR practices and an outstanding work environment.
Coordinate onboarding activities and deliver engaging employee orientation programs.
Provide guidance on employee relations, attendance, conflict resolution, and performance management matters.
Serve as a resource for labour relations and support a harmonious workplace culture.
Implement innovative HR programs that drive engagement, development, and retention.
Support workforce planning, career development, and employee coaching initiatives.
Act as a liaison between employees, payroll, Corporate HR, and HR Centers of Excellence.
Coordinate disability claims management and return-to-work programs.
Facilitate HR-related training and maintain training records.
Analyze trends and metrics in partnership with HR leadership.
Conduct exit interviews and provide insights for continuous improvement.
Maintain HR policies, procedures, standards, and work instructions.
What You Bring
Education
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Organizational Development, or a related field.
Experience
3–5 years of progressive HR experience with a generalist focus.
At least 1 year of experience in a manufacturing environment.
Core Competencies

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
Excellent communication, relationship-building, and diplomacy skills.
Working Relationships
You will collaborate regularly with employees, peers, supervisors, and business leaders across the organization.
Work Environment
This role is primarily based within a manufacturing setting and may involve occasional exposure to production environments, noise, machinery, chemicals, and personal protective equipment requirements. Some lifting (up to 10 lbs.) may be required.
