As Elanco continues its strategic growth, we are expanding our Data Operations team. We are looking for a Data Quality Analyst to join our Elanco Business Services (EBS) hub in Warsaw, Poland.
In this role, you will collaborate closely with an established team of experienced Data Analysts based in France, ensuring the accuracy, consistency, and reliability of commercial data. You will act as a key partner to Sales teams and business stakeholders, leveraging Business Intelligence tools to transform data into actionable insights that support business performance and decision-making.
Your Responsibilities
- Collaborate closely with the France-based Data Analyst team to ensure alignment on methodologies, share best practices, and maintain consistent data management processes.
- Provide operational backup for key Commercial and Market Data Analyst activities, ensuring business continuity and team resilience.
- Design, develop, and maintain advanced Power BI dashboards and reports to monitor sales performance, market trends, and business KPIs.
- Transform complex datasets into clear, actionable insights for Sales teams and local management.
- Monitor data quality and ensure consistency between wholesalers' sell-out data and Business Intelligence systems.
- Perform regular data quality reviews, identify discrepancies, and coordinate issue resolution using root cause analysis.
- Continuously improve reporting tools and analytical processes to meet evolving business needs.
- Support a strong data-driven culture by actively participating in team meetings, knowledge sharing, and continuous improvement initiatives.
What You Need to Succeed (Minimum Qualifications)
- University degree or equivalent work experience.
- Minimum of 2–3 years of experience in Data Analytics, Business Intelligence, Data Quality, or a related analytical role.
- Proven experience developing reports and dashboards using Power BI.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with experience identifying and resolving data quality issues.
- Proficiency in English and French.
- Ability to work effectively in a collaborative, international environment.

- Experience working with commercial or sales data.
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Excel.
- Familiarity with Business Intelligence tools and data visualization best practices.
