This role is for that attorney.
A global AmLaw 100 firm with over 1,200 lawyers across 31 offices worldwide is looking for a Commercial Real Estate Associate in Denver. The clients are institutional investors, developers and private equity funds. The asset classes span office, retail, logistics, healthcare, senior living, student housing, hospitality and data centers. The work is the kind most attorneys spend a decade trying to get access to.

What you will be doing:
- Advising institutional investors, developers and private equity clients on commercial real estate matters
- Structuring and executing acquisitions, dispositions and financings across diverse asset classes
- Drafting and negotiating purchase agreements, loan documents, leases and joint venture agreements
- Managing due diligence including title, survey, environmental and zoning reviews
- Advising on development projects from entitlement through completion
- Collaborating with tax, construction and planning teams across practice areas
What you need to bring:
- JD from an accredited US law school
- Five to seven years of commercial real estate experience at a nationally recognized law firm
- Colorado Bar admission or admission pending
- Experience with multi-jurisdictional transactions
- Exposure to institutional clients, private equity funds and REITs
- Familiarity with real estate development and capital markets structures
