Responsibilities
- Provide and sell vehicle parts and accessories to customers over the counter and over the phone while delivering exceptional customer service.
- Manage wholesale accounts by taking orders and ensuring timely and accurate fulfillment for dealerships and repair shops.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with wholesale customers.
- Process customer orders and recommend additional related repair items.
- Pull and fill orders from stock, verifying accuracy and inventory levels.
- Oversee the parts sales process from start to finish, ensuring a seamless customer experience.
- Pull and organize parts daily for service department repair orders, supporting efficient workflow and reduced downtime.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Prior automotive dealership parts experience is required, with at least 1 year of experience as a Parts Counter Sales, or in Wholesale.
- Must be a team player.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Able to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment.
- Must be detail oriented with strong organizational skills.
- Must have and maintain a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record.
