Description
We are looking for talented team members to join our team. As an Electronic Technician, you will be responsible for providing a high level of knowledge in troubleshooting and repairing electrical equipment, components, and controls on the most critical and/or precise facility equipment (i.e. machining centers, lasers, robots) that may not otherwise be fixed by other Techs or Maintenance Mechanics. Requires specific electronic/electrical skillset. Electrical Technician Responsibilities: Technician’s expectations include but not limited to:Conduct instrument, electrical and analyzer tasks related with maintenance and operations team.Develop and/or execute preventative maintenance programs.Conduct instrumentation evaluation and troubleshooting for electrical, pneumatic, analyzer GC, electronic as well as programmable logic control (PLC) systems.Ensure to commission instrumentation and analyzer devices to prove effective, following with repair and replacement.Conduct tests and calibrations related to functional performance on instrumentation and analyzers as needed by facility changes and document results.Involved in evaluation of instrument, electrical and analyzer systems performance to identify optimization and enhancement opportunities.Maintain and update awareness of modifications to regulatory needs, environmental and FDA, related to conduct of maintenance and construction of instrument.Comply with classification and prioritization system for completion of work order. Familiar with the use of SAP.Conduct on-going aseptic maintenance and clean room area.Complete required documentation for all calibrations and procedures.Electrical Technician Qualifications: Experience maintaining and repairing Analyzer GCs preferred (Siemens, Hobre & TOC)Education or prior experience in electrical or instrumentation fieldFamiliar with the use of SAP preferred.Strong written and verbal communication skills.
