Job Summary
This active role in production will include physical work. Employees must be capable of working on their feet, and lifting up to 50 pounds to their shoulder. Tasks will also include bending, lifting, kneeling, and pushing.
Hours are 12 hr shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:00 PM, Friday, Saturday, and Sunday, every weekend (paid for 40 hrs.)
One month of weekday training, prior to moving to weekends, will be required. Shift is Mon - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM
Responsibilities

- Follow all quality procedures to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Be willing to cross train in other areas.
- Participate in required trainings.
- Work closely and cooperate with other team members.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
- Must have reliable transportation.
Requirements
Qualifications
- Basic knowledge of common hand tools and manufacturing processes.
- Able to read a tape measure.
- Possess basic math skills.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Able to multi-task and self-manage.
Physical Requirements and Work Environment
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. independently.
- Must be able to work in a manufacturing environment that is not climate controlled.
- Bending, standing, walking, moving arms or shoulders, kneeling and crouching for extended amounts of time will be required.
- Moving forklifts will be present in production areas, must be able to hear horns to maintain safe working environment
