Job Description:

Support the processing of non-routine IDS maintenance including IDS Interest and Value Date Adjustments, Manual ZBA corrections, Product Code and Unique Rate maintenance.  Identify, monitor, and submit dormant IDS account information for Escheatment processing and reporting. Provide support for Liquidity products including Placement Fees and Interest Tiering functions. Look for innovative ways to improve the overall process flow, inputs, materials, output, etc., to promote efficiency and eliminate rework, overproduction, and non-value-added steps.  Perform ongoing review of existing processes to identify gaps, areas of risk and potential improvements.  Support workflow coordination, procedure review, record storage management, dual custody routines and Operational Risk Management tasks as required.  Ensure actions are implemented to sufficiently manage risk & monitor controls.  Cross train on Account Analysis billing and verification processes to provide back up support as needed.

Responsibilities:

• Research and resolve complex IDS issues and inquiries.

• Collaborate closely with Liquidity partners, Newark Unclaimed Property, and Servicing teams.

• Serve as a subject matter expert and provide guidance and support to colleagues.

• Process and interpret IDS adjustment requests and placement fee payments.

• Identify, monitor, and submit dormant accounts for escheatment.

• Contribute to the development and implementation of unit procedures and processes.

• Support risk management initiatives.

Required Qualifications:

• 2 years + experience in operations.

• Working knowledge of Treasury Management Services and related banking operations·

• Experience with bank depository platforms and related services.

• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Excel, including formulas, pivot tables, data analysis, and reporting

• Possesses excellent verbal and written communication skills 

• Acts with a sense of urgency and creates this in others

• Displays problem-solving, analytical & organizational skills

• Acts decisively and with good judgment

• Must be flexible & adaptable; ability to handle multiple and shifting priorities

• Thinks strategically and willingly participates in projects and other opportunities

• Motivated individual who maintains a positive and professional attitude at all times

• High emphasis around identifying and managing risk
