Summary
Serves as strategic insights executive responsible for the development and management of enterprise advanced strategic insights and predictive modeling. Partners with senior leaders to define the strategic roadmap, prioritize high-ROI use cases. Translates complex outputs into executive decisions—clarifying value, risks, limitations, and operating implications—so the business consistently acts on trustworthy, explainable insights
Job Duties
- Identifies and directs strategic products that significantly drive growth, efficiency, quality and safety across the organization.
- Provides guidance and insights to the senior leadership team to assist with achieving health system milestones
- Works with regional leaders, IST, service line and medical group leadership to ensure insights being provided meet their needs and provides a tangible impact.
- Mentors and develops staff through interactions, co-working, knowledge sharing, and providing leadership and professional support to advance careers.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree
- 7 years experience with 4 of those years in leadership/management
- Ability to assess market trends, competitive dynamics, and business performance to identify opportunities, risks, and strategic priorities.
- Expertise in analyzing complex quantitative and qualitative data to develop actionable, evidence-based recommendations.
- Skill in translating complex findings into clear, compelling narratives that inform and influence senior leadership decisions.
- Ability to build strong partnerships, align stakeholders, and drive consensus across diverse teams and organizational levels.
- Capability to lead initiatives from strategy development through implementation, managing change and delivering measurable business outcomes.
