As a Data Analyst, you'll sit at the heart of data quality and reliability — owning core data tables, shaping trust frameworks, and enabling AI-ready workflows that make faster, better decisions possible across the organisation.

How you’ll make an impact:

• Establish and maintain analytics observability by developing metrics, quality indicators, and trust frameworks that ensure data reliability across the organisation.
• Own and optimise core data tables — including event and impression logging, price, member, and booking tables — ensuring data integrity and accessibility.
• Manage test metadata and technical infrastructure changes to support seamless analytics workflows.
• Build and maintain the Hotel Search analytics SKILL repository, serving as the central knowledge base for the team.
• Create and automate ETL processes to collect, clean, and transform data, solving moderately complex analytical needs independently.
• Collaborate with platform-oriented data analysts, Intelligence PM, and Data Platform Engineering to drive AI-enablement and intelligent systems.

What you'll need to thrive:

• Proven experience in data analysis, with strong SQL or Python skills — able to design and implement ETL processes and work confidently with large-scale data infrastructure.
• Solid understanding of data quality frameworks and observability practices, with experience building trust indicators and reliability metrics for data systems.
• Strong problem-solving ability — you move beyond analysis to diagnosis, challenge assumptions, and independently resolve moderately complex analytical challenges.
• A genuine learning mindset — you approach challenges with curiosity, seek feedback proactively, and continuously develop your skills.
• A performance mindset — you set ambitious goals, take end-to-end ownership of your work, and follow through with determination and resilience.
