Job Overview:

As a Product Manager for our Commercial Real Estate (CRE) Products (On-demand HVAC and Submeter Billing), you'll take full ownership of a core product area—defining strategy, prioritizing features, and working cross-functionally to deliver exceptional customer experiences. You’ll be the voice of the user, the champion of business value, and the glue between design, engineering, and stakeholders.

 

Duties and Responsibilities:

• Own the Commercial Real Estate (CRE) product lifecycle (On-demand HVAC and Submeter Billing) from discovery through delivery and iteration
• Define and maintain a clear CRE Product roadmap aligned with company goals
• Conduct customer interviews, analyze data, and synthesize insights into actionable product decisions
• Write clear and concise requirements (user stories, acceptance criteria, etc.)
• Collaborate closely with design and engineering to build intuitive, high-quality experiences
• Partner with go-to-market teams to ensure successful launches and adoption
• Track and report on KPIs to evaluate product success and guide improvements

 

Qualifications:

• 3–5+ years of product management experience, preferably in a SaaS or technology-driven environment, Commercial Real Estate experience a big plus
• Proven ability to define and deliver successful products
• Strong customer empathy and experience with user research
• Excellent communication, organization, and stakeholder management skills
• Experience working with cross-functional, remote teams – this position will work closely with our offshore Engineering and Product teams in India, as well as with stakeholders in the US
• Data-informed mindset; comfortable with tools like SQL, Looker, or Mixpanel (or willingness to learn)
• Comfortable with tools like Figma, Jira, Product Board, Monday.com or similar design and product development tools
• Must be able to work Eastern Time Zone (EST) hours (for as much crossover as possible with our offshore team); preference given to candidates based in Atlanta, or on the East Coast
• Must be authorized to work in the U.S. (no visa sponsorship will be provided)

 

Nice-to-Haves:

• Experience at an early-stage or high-growth startup

• Technical background or familiarity with APIs, databases, or cloud services

Estimated Salary Range: $160-185K

The salary range listed is our best estimate based on the role's requirements and market conditions. The final offer may be higher or lower depending on the candidate's experience and qualifications.
