Job Summary:
The Inside Sales Representative will focus on engaging with car owners who have expressed interest in XPEL products, converting leads into customers, and ensuring a seamless handoff to our authorized installation partners.
Core Duties
- Contact and engage inbound leads generated through social media, digital marketing campaigns, and other XPEL lead-generation activities.
- Qualify customer requirements, including vehicle type, protection needs, timelines, and budget.
- Educate customers on the benefits of XPEL Paint Protection Film (PPF), ceramic coatings, and other XPEL solutions.
- Recommend appropriate XPEL products based on customer requirements.
- Provide pricing information and address customer questions and objections in a professional manner.
- Follow up consistently with prospective customers to maximize conversion rates.
- Convert qualified leads into confirmed installation appointments.
- Coordinate with authorized XPEL installation partners to ensure timely scheduling and customer handoff.
- Maintain accurate records of all customer interactions and sales activities within CRM systems.
- Monitor lead status and ensure timely follow-up on all assigned opportunities.
- Work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Service teams to improve lead conversion performance.
- Provide feedback regarding customer preferences, market trends, and competitive activity.
- Deliver a premium brand experience that reflects XPEL's market-leading position.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Commerce, or related field preferred/equivalent experience.
- Minimum 2-5 years of inside sales, telesales, customer sales, or automotive sales experience.
- Proven ability to achieve sales targets and conversion goals.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong persuasion, negotiation, and objection-handling skills.
- Comfortable making a high volume of outbound calls and follow-ups.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Customer-centric mindset with a focus on delivering exceptional service.
- Experience using CRM systems, sales tools, and Microsoft Office applications.
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
Desired Qualifications
- Automotive industry experience is preferred but not mandatory.
