Are you passionate about creating a safer workplace while helping drive environmental compliance and continuous improvement across logistics operations? Marvin, a premier window and door manufacturer in North America, is opening a new distribution center in Dalton, GA. Join our team as an Environmental, Health and Safety (EHS) Coordinator and play a key role in advancing a culture of safety, regulatory compliance, and operational excellence.
In this role, you'll partner with leaders, associates, and external agencies to support safety programs, environmental initiatives, training, audits, and compliance activities across logistics operations. This position primarily supports the Dalton distribution center while contributing to company-wide safety and environmental objectives as needed.
Highlights of your role
- Lead daily loading dock operations, ensuring trucks are loaded and unloaded completely, accurately, and on schedule while maintaining a safe work environment.
- Provide direction, coaching, and development opportunities for associates, helping build a high-performing team focused on achieving department and company goals.
- Prioritize work, make timely operational decisions, and address challenges that impact productivity, customer service, or team performance.
- Maintain accurate documentation and records, including department audits, corrective actions, and performance reviews.
- Partner with internal and external stakeholders to coordinate product flow, investigate quality concerns, identify root causes, and implement solutions that help prevent future issues.

- Lead independently, communicate effectively, and build strong working relationships across departments.
- Balance multiple priorities while making sound decisions in a fast-paced operational environment.
- Support associate development through coaching, training, and accountability.
Also want to make sure you have
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Two or more years of related supervisory experience or training.
- Ability to obtain and maintain a forklift license.
- Experience with ICIM and Microsoft Office Suite is preferred.
