Outbound Sales Representative - Debt Relief (High-Volume Dialer)

Our program is built by a seasoned sales leader with over 25 years of experience and is designed to help you develop the communication, negotiation, and client-building skills needed to consistently succeed in debt relief sales. We're building a dedicated team built specifically for proactive reps who want to maximize their commission potential through high call volume. Where an inbound rep might only have 7 or 8 conversations a day, you will engage 20 to 25 warm prospects daily. High-volume call flow means more shots on goal, putting direct control over your daily earnings back in your hands.

• You come from a high-activity background. If you have knocked doors, worked event kiosks, or thrived in fast-paced phone sales, this environment will feel like second nature.

What You'll Be Doing:

• Taking high-volume outbound calls off the dialer from prepared campaigns — aged inquiries, re-engagement of previously pitched consumers, mailer responders, and purchased data.
• Opening strong and creating interest fast — earning the next 30 seconds on every call.
• Qualifying consumers for our debt relief program and closing them, or setting a firm callback for a program specialist.
• Following approved scripting and compliance requirements on every call, without exception.
• Dispositioning every record accurately in the CRM so the next campaign is clean.
• Hitting daily dial and talk-time standards. 

What You'll Bring:

• 1+ year in a high-volume, high-rejection sales environment — door-to-door/D2D, solar, alarm, pest, satellite, timeshare, gym memberships, retail kiosk, collections, BPO, telemarketing, or an outbound call center. Military experience translates well here.
• Resilience. A "no" doesn't slow you down — you're already on the next call.
• Coachability and script discipline. You take the correction and run it the same day.
• Competitiveness. You look at the board.
• Bilingual (Spanish) is a BIG plus.
• Reliable transportation to our Irvine office, Monday through Friday.

This is a salaried position with a guaranteed monthly draw of $4,400, paid semi-monthly as an advance against future earned commissions. Commission plans and structures are outlined in a written agreement provided upon offer of employment, as required by California law. This position is designated in-office, located in Irvine, CA. Must be willing to commute to the office Monday through Friday and occasionally on Saturdays.
