Bartender /Server

 

• Minimum Requirements:
• Experience: At least 3 years of bartending/serving experience, ideally in a high-volume, fast-paced bar or restaurant.
• Availability: Must be available for at least 2 weekdays and 2 weekend days. (Please note: even with this availability, you may not always be scheduled for all shifts, as scheduling is based on business needs.)
• Flexibility: Willing to work late nights and closing shifts, as well as on weekends.

• Bartenders are the engine of the Front of House. At Boston Pizza, bartenders not only mix cocktails and pour drinks, but also serve tables, ensuring seamless service across the bar and dining room. Dedicated to serving perfect drinks and delivering great service every time, they also build relationships with Guests through conversation and situational service.

The Bartender/Server is accountable for ensuring that our most important people — our Guests — have an excellent Boston Pizza experience from start to finish. They believe in championing a fun and safe work environment and contribute to a positive workplace culture.

• Maintains composure and thrives in a high-pressure, fast-paced environment.
• Builds relationships with Guests at the bar and in the dining room by being attentive, engaging, and personable.
• Prepares all beverages to Boston Pizza standards with consistency and accuracy.
• Champions the Foundations of Hospitality, Boston Pizza’s Brand Standards, and Food Safety practices.
• Communicates effectively with the Front of House team to keep drink and food service moving smoothly and quickly.
• The Bartender/Server plays a key role in making Boston Pizza a place where Guests feel welcomed, cared for, and eager to return.
