Description
Lead business analysis, solution design, and configuration activities for SAP Transportation Management (TM). Support transportation planning, carrier selection, tendering, freight execution, and freight settlement processes. Implement and support SAP Business Network for Logistics (BN4L), including carrier onboarding and collaboration. Partner with 3PLs, freight forwarders, and transportation providers to improve logistics execution and visibility. Design and support integrations between SAP TM, EWM, S/4HANA, Finance, and external logistics systems. Gather business requirements and develop functional specifications, process flows, test plans, and training documentation. Lead SIT, UAT, cutover, and post-go-live support activities. Drive process standardization and continuous improvement initiatives across global transportation operations. Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Information Systems, Logistics, or related field. 8+ years of SAP experience with at least 5 years focused on SAP Transportation Management. Experience in transportation planning, carrier collaboration, freight execution, and freight settlement. Experience working with global logistics organizations and third-party logistics providers. Strong analytical, problem-solving, and stakeholder management skills. Excellent communication, both written and verbal, for various levels and audiences. SAP S/4HANA Embedded TM experience.Hands-on experience with BN4L and carrier collaboration. TM integration experience with SAP EWM, Finance, and GTS. Freight Settlement and Transportation Charge Management expertise. Experience supporting global manufacturing or high-tech supply chains. Participation in multiple full lifecycle SAP implementations. Experience with Agile methodologies, Jira, and Azure DevOps.
