Job Summary

Seeking a highly motivated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $75,000 - $90,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of small to mid-sized generalist commercial lines accounts.
• Develop, implement, and monitor strategies to grow the Commercial Lines team, including sales and service personnel.
• Provide mentorship and guidance to team members, fostering a collaborative and high-performing work environment.
• Quote new and renewal business to ensure client satisfaction and retention.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless service delivery.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licensure: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 5+ years as a Commercial Lines Account Manager; 8+ years preferred.
• Leadership Skills: Previous mentorship or leadership experience is a plus, with a willingness to transition into a management role in the future.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in IMS software is required.
• Personality Fit: Strong interpersonal skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to thrive in a small-business environment.
