Commercial Lines Account Manager

Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually (up to $95,000 for exceptional candidates who meet all qualifications)
- Equipment Provided: Laptop for remote work
Responsibilities
- Provide comprehensive customer service, including handling inbound calls, addressing client inquiries, and managing renewals.
- Process applications and market accounts to various carriers.
- Manage accounts from A-Z with some assistance from the certificate department and backend processing support.
- Handle a book of business with approximately 30-40 renewals per month.
- Collaborate with carriers for quoting new and renewal business (no in-house quoting required).
- Work with small to middle-market accounts, ranging from $3,000 to $250,000 in premium, with a focus on niche industries.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license in Texas.
- Experience: Minimum of 5 years in commercial lines insurance.
- Software Proficiency: Experience with AMS360 is highly preferred.
- Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with contractors and surplus lines is a plus.
- Skills: Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
