Job Summary

Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in managing a diverse portfolio of commercial insurance accounts, with a focus on wind and flood habitational properties, HOA and condo associations, and property-driven accounts. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the insurance industry, excellent communication skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service.

Compensation Package

• Salary Range: $55,000 - $80,000 (up to $85,000 for highly qualified candidates)
• Work Schedule: Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Responsibilities

• Manage a book of 80-100 middle and large market accounts, with premiums ranging from $500K to over $1MM.
• Handle wind and flood habitational accounts, including HOA and condo associations, excess liability, auto, and casualty policies.
• Collaborate with assistants and the marketing team to ensure seamless account management.
• Quote new and renewal business as needed, with support from the marketing department.
• Utilize AMS360 software for account management and documentation.
• Provide exceptional customer service and maintain strong client relationships.
• Participate in training sessions and adapt to company procedures and systems.

Qualifications/Requirements

• Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
• Experience: Minimum of 1-2 years in a similar role; candidates with more experience are highly preferred.
• Technical Skills: Proficiency in AMS360 software is a plus.
