Commercial Lines Account Manager (CL AM)
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager (CL AM) to join a team. Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience.
- Benefits: Flexible stipend option to cover personal insurance needs or other benefits.
Responsibilities
- Manage a generalist book of business, including small to mid-size accounts and some larger accounts.
- Provide a true service-focused account management role, including quoting, binding, and servicing policies.
- Work with multiple carriers to ensure clients receive the best coverage options.
- Collaborate with the team to maintain high levels of client satisfaction.
- Support the agency's growth by efficiently handling daily account management tasks.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: Minimum of 4+ years in a similar role, with a preference for candidates with 5+ years of experience.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in EZ Lynx or similar insurance software.
- Soft Skills: Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
