Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in retail insurance, with a focus on small market business. This role involves providing exceptional service to a commercial accounts, managing daily operations, and ensuring client satisfaction.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $75,000 - $85,000 annually
- Additional Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance.
Responsibilities
- Provide daily servicing of commercial accounts, including certificates, endorsements, billing, light claims, policy reviews, and renewal preparation.
- Handle binding coverage and market selection to meet client needs.
- Conduct rating and ensure accurate and timely processing of all account-related tasks.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring their satisfaction and retention.
- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Minimum of 2+ years of experience in a retail insurance agency, with a focus on small market business (average premiums under $30,000).
- Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license is required.
- Proficiency in using Agency Management Systems (AMS).
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills, with attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
