Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is pivotal in supporting our Account Executives by managing a variety of commercial insurance accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in commercial servicing, excellent communication skills, and a positive attitude.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $80,000 annually, based on experience and qualifications.
- Benefits:
- Remote work equipment provided.
- Flexible work hours within the range of 7:30 AM to 4:45 PM.
Responsibilities
- Process insurance-related documents, including ID cards, proposals, binders, finance agreements, certificates, endorsements, and summaries of insurance.
- Assist in the renewal process by preparing applications and reviewing policies.
- Perform policy checking to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Occasionally assist with quoting renewal business.
- Provide exceptional support to Account Executives in managing accounts ranging from $5,000 to $500,000 in premium, with most accounts falling between $50,000 and $100,000.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Experience: Minimum of 2 years in commercial insurance servicing.
- Licenses/Designations: Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in Applied EPIC software is mandatory.
- Soft Skills:
- Strong communication skills.
- Proficiency with technology and computer systems.
