Commercial Lines Account Manager
Job Summary
Seeking a dedicated and experienced Commercial Lines Account Manager to join a team. This role is integral to managing and servicing a $2.2M book of business, focusing on commercial accounts. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in property and casualty insurance, excellent organizational skills, and a commitment to delivering exceptional client service. This is an in-office position, reporting directly to the President/CEO, and offers the opportunity to work alongside a team of five professionals in a dynamic and collaborative environment.
Compensation Package
- Salary Range: $60,000 - $75,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
- Additional benefits and perks will be discussed during the interview process.
Responsibilities
- Manage and service a $2.2M book of business, ensuring client satisfaction and retention.
- Quote new and renewal business, providing accurate and timely proposals.
- Collaborate with team members to address client needs and resolve issues efficiently.
- Utilize Epic software to manage accounts and maintain accurate records.
- Stay informed about industry trends and regulatory changes to provide clients with the best possible advice and solutions.
Qualifications/Requirements
- Licenses/Designations: Active Property & Casualty (P&C) license required.
- Experience: 2-3 years of experience in commercial lines account management.
- Software Proficiency: Must have experience with Epic software.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented, in-office environment.
