ERM is seeking an experienced Consultant to join our Environmental, Health & Safety (EHS) team. The role involves managing environmental projects related to site investigation, remediation, demolition, environmental due diligence (EDD), and EHS compliance, while supporting the implementation and monitoring of EHS programs across projects and operations. We are seeking a motivated and experienced candidate who can ensure high-quality project delivery for global clients, and contribute to workplace safety, environmental compliance, and sustainability initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and execute environmental projects involving environmental due diligence, site investigations, remediation, demolition, and environmental compliance activities.
- Conduct and manage Phase I, II, and III Environmental Site Assessments (ESAs), environmental due diligence assessments, contamination investigations, and remediation planning.
- Provide EHS regulatory compliance and advisory services, supporting clients in meeting local and international requirements.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of EHS management systems, programs, and compliance initiatives across projects and operations.
- Experience in EHS incident investigations, root cause analyses, and reporting.
- Deliver EHS training, contractor management, and site safety oversight activities.
- Act as Project Manager for small to medium projects, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
- Prepare technical reports, risk assessments, proposals, and cost estimates for environmental and EHS projects.
- Manage subcontractors, including contract negotiations, and performance oversight.
- Collaborate with ERM regional and global teams to deliver multi-office projects.
- Demonstrate and promote strong health, safety, and sustainability leadership during fieldwork and office-based activities.
- Mentor and support junior consultants, contributing to team development and technical excellence.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Geology, Environmental Engineering, or related science (Master’s preferred).
- 5–9 years of experience in contaminated site investigation, remediation, construction/demolition, cost estimation, and contractor management.
- Strong experience in EHS Due Diligence, audits, and compliance programs (local and international standards preferred).
- Proven track record in project delivery for industrial clients with strong planning and organizational skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills; fluency in English required.
- Ability to travel extensively, work independently, and manage multiple priorities in a consulting environment.
