DPS Operational Excellence Specialist, Supply Chain Deliver Distribution

*ジョンソン・エンド・ジョンソンは、整形外科事業を分離・独立（セパレーション）し、DePuy Synthesとして独立した企業を設立する計画を発表しております。セパレーションは、必要な諸条件が満たされることを前提に2025年10月14日付けの発表時点から18～24か月以内に完了する見込みです。

これに伴い、本ポジションはセパレーション完了後にDePuy Synthesの従業員として雇用されることになり、DePuy Synthesの雇用体系、プログラム、ポリシー、福利厚生が適用されます。

 

ポジション概要

物流拠点におけるオペレーションの安定稼働の実現のために、ファシリティ設備およびOperational Technologyの管理をおこなう

継続的なプロセス改善および自動化等のソリューション導入を通じて、庫内及び配送関連業務の生産性・品質・コスト・サービス向上に努める

庫内作業プロセス・システム・外部協力会社(ベンダー)を管理し、複数拠点の安定稼働および付加価値創出を推進する

業務内容

Process & Project Management: 倉庫および配送に関するオペレーションおよびプロセス改善・プロジェクトの実行

- 物流現場・SCM全体の課題を特定し、Lean / Six Sigma / PDCA等を用いた改善の実行

- Innovation / New Solutionの企画、ビジネスケース作成、導入推進

- CIP(Cost Improvement Project)案件のリード、ROI管理

- Region / Globalと連携したプロジェクト管理および実行

 

倉庫管理システムの改修・開発サポートおよびIT関連機器のライフサイクルマネジメント

- 予実管理とリソースおよびスケジュール計画の立案と実行

‐　現場のニーズ抽出および優先案件の整理、要件定義のとりまとめ

- Quality & Compliance: 品質・コンプライアンス管理

 

Vendor Management: 外部ベンダーにかかわる業務パフォーマンスおよびコスト管理

- 社内品質管理規程に基づいた3PL業務実行を支援する

- GxP、SOX、EHS、CSV等の関連要件の順守

- 監査対応および是正・予防措置の実行

資格/要件

経験

- 倉庫／物流／サプライチェーン領域でのオペレーション管理経験（3年以上）

- プロジェクトマネジメントの経験

- 改善活動（Lean、Six Sigma等）の経験

- ベンダー管理または業務委託先管理の経験（あれば望ましい）

- デスクトッププロセス自動化ツールの開発および実行（あれば望ましい）

 

ビジネススキル（Skills）

- 問題発見・解決力、論理的思考力

- データ分析力およびKPI管理能力

- 英語力（ビジネスレベルが望ましい）含むコミュニケーション能力

 

知識（Knowledge）

- 倉庫オペレーションおよびSCMの理解および興味関心

- ITネットワーク／Windowsサーバー/AWS/期間システム（SAP、WMS等）の理解と実務経験

- 関連法規・規制の基礎理解

- 業務委託管理および契約に関する基礎知識

- 財務・コスト管理の基礎知識
