Corporate Recruiter - Finance and G&A

ABOUT THE ROLE:
The Corporate Recruiter, Finance and G&A responsible for leading full-cycle recruiting efforts across Finance, Accounting, HR, and other G&A roles. Acting as a strategic partner to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, this role owns the end-to-end talent acquisition process — from workforce planning and sourcing strategy through offer negotiation and close. The ideal candidate brings a proactive, consultative mindset, a passion for G&A functions, and a track record of attracting and closing high-caliber talent in competitive markets.

WHAT YOU'LL DO:

Full-Cycle Recruiting Ownership

• Manage end-to-end recruiting for Finance, Account, HR and other G&A roles across levels — from individual contributors to senior leaders.
• Lead Recruiting Strategy Intake meetings with Hiring Managers to deeply understand role requirements, team dynamics, and success profiles.
• Identify and assess qualified candidates through resume review, structured interviews, and other evaluation methods.
• Maintain a high standard for candidate experience from first touch to offer close, ensuring every interaction reflects Skechers' culture and employer brand.

Sourcing & Pipeline Strategy

• Develop innovative, proactive sourcing strategies leveraging LinkedIn Recruiter, talent intelligence platforms, and targeted outreach to identify and engage passive candidates in niche and competitive markets.
• Build and maintain high-impact talent pipelines through proactive networking, talent mapping, and long-term relationship management.
• Partner with Talent Brand & Marketing to develop targeted campaigns that amplify Skechers' employer brand within the finance, accounting, and HR communities.

Stakeholder Partnership & Consultation

• Serve as a trusted advisor to Hiring Managers and HR Business Partners, delivering regular pipeline updates, market intelligence, and data-driven recommendations to align recruitment efforts with business priorities.
• Provide guidance on salary benchmarking and offer negotiations, advocating for competitive decisions that close top talent.
• Develop a high-level understanding of various tech stacks and frameworks to effectively represent and assess engineering and data roles.
• Assist in the development and revision of job descriptions and role specifications.

Process Improvement

• Identify challenges in the hiring process and propose actionable solutions to improve efficiency and hiring outcomes.
• Contribute to the development of interview frameworks, hiring playbooks, and sourcing strategies that scale across the TA function.

WHAT YOU'LL BRING:

• Deep expertise recruiting across finance, account, HR, and corporate G&A functions.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close highly sought-after talent in fast-paced, competitive markets, with excellent offer negotiation skills and a track record of closing competitive candidates.
• Strong consultative skills and the ability to build trusted partnerships with Hiring Managers and senior stakeholders, influencing decisions without direct authority.
• Data fluency — comfortable using pipeline metrics and market trends to drive conversations, inform strategy, and influence leadership.
• Highly adaptable and solutions-oriented, with the ability to navigate ambiguity, manage multiple requisitions simultaneously, and create structure where needed.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication and stakeholder management skills.

REQUIREMENTS:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field, or equivalent experience preferred.

• 3+ years of full-cycle accounting, finance, HR, or G&A recruiting experience, either in-house or with a staffing agency.
• Proficiency with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); experience with Workday or comparable platforms a plus.

• Ability to flex across corporate functions, supporting recruiting efforts outside of G&A as business needs arise.

The pay range for this position is $90,000-$115,000/yr USD.
